Kalahari Bushmen

Some believe that 10,000 years ago the bushmen of the Kalahari Desert were the only people in Southern Africa. As such, they might be our oldest living connection to pre-history and to our original hunter-gatherer way of life.

As part of a GLEAN expedition, Brianna Chavez, Juliette Frette', Megan Keely and Suzanne Lettrick went to the Kalahari Desert to learn firsthand about this ancient people, hoping to gather a little wisdom from those who live and breathe the earth and all that she provides.

Learn what they found about traditional bushmen in this thought-provoking paper.
